NOCA Strategy 2021-2025

The NOCA Strategy 2021–2025 sets out how we will advance national clinical audit in a constantly changing healthcare system – a system which is facing many challenges, but also provides many opportunities.This strategy has been developed in the spirit of collaboration and is a result of extensive engagement with various stakeholders across the Irish healthcare system including our audit teams and committees.

Manage a portfolio of high-quality national clinical audits which inform

• the general public, including service users, about how specific areas of the healthcare system are performing

• healthcare professionals, management and policy-makers of the quality of care being provided according to recognised standards, and of areas requiring improvement
