Irish National ICU Audit Annual Report 2024 highlights strong outcomes despite sustained pressure on services

The Irish National ICU Audit Annual Report 2024 was launched today by the National Office of Clinical Audit (NOCA), providing a comprehensive national overview of care delivered to critically ill patients across Ireland. The report captures data on 16,394 patients across 29 Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and High Dependency Units (HDUs) in 25 hospitals, representing almost all adult public critical care activity nationwide.
