Irish National Orthopaedic Register National Report 2015-2024 Launch

We are excited to announce that the launch of the Irish National Orthopaedic Register National Report 2015-2024 will take place via webinar on Wednesday 22nd April from 10:30-13:00. This webinar will present nine years of data on hip and knee replacement surgery in Ireland. Speakers highlight key findings from the report alongside perspectives on patient experience, care pathways, surgical practice and outcomes.

Irish National Orthopaedic Register National Report 2015-2024 Launch Image

A series of expert presentations will explore important aspects of the hip and knee replacement, including the hip and knee care pathway, joint school education, same-day surgery, surgical approaches, and the importance of revision arthroplasty and achieving full national coverage of the register.

The session also highlights the growing role of patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) in understanding how patients experience recovery and outcomes after joint replacement surgery.
