Irish National ICU Audit Annual Report on 2024 data Launch
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Irish National ICU Audit (INICUA) Annual Report 2024, which will take place via webinar on Tuesday 27 May from 10:00 to 11:30. This webinar marks the formal launch of the latest INICUA report and will present an overview of national adult critical care activity in Ireland between 1 January and 31 December 2024.

A series of expert presentations will highlight key findings from the report, including insights into patient outcomes, ICU and HDU capacity, and how audit data are supporting quality improvement across critical care services.
The disccussion will include a patient perspective, highlighting lived experience of critical illness and recovery, and emphasising the importance of person‑centred care across the critical care journey.
The session will also reflect on the role of national audit in informing service planning, strengthening patient safety, and supporting ongoing improvements in the delivery of critical care at both local and national levels.
