The National Office of Clinical Audit will be hosting the National ICU Audit Conference on Wednesday 12th October at the College of Anaesthetists of Ireland.
National ICU Audit is now live in 5 Hospitals and 7 units, with 2 more sites going live by the end of 2016. Live units are receiving Quarterly Quality Reports from Intensive Care National Audit & Research Centre (ICNARC) that benchmarks their unit data with similar units in Ireland and UK.
We are delighted to be able to invite Professor Kathy Rowan and her team from ICNARC to inform us on the ICNARC philosophy, aims of the audit process and perspective on Irish ICU Audit. Included in this afternoon conference will be a number of presentations on Irish ICU Audit development and outputs.
